RENOVATION AND RESTORATION AT NO. 58

The original proportions and massing of the dwelling were retained in order to keep the original character on the house. An extension at first floor level was constructed to make space for another two bedrooms and a bathroom, since the dwelling originally housed one bedroom. Most walls were plastered and painted with the exception of a few, which were left on stone. In order to compliment the original stone walls, the external colours used were terracottas and blues, while internally muted taupes were used.
